Return Window
- Stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- All returns require approval before being shipped.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused and uninstalled.
- Original packaging and hardware required.
- Serial numbers must be intact.
- No odor, contamination, or damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Special order parts
- Custom furniture components
- Installed parts
- Completed service work
- Items with removed serial numbers
Fees & Shipping
- Customer pays return shipping.
- Original shipping is non-refundable.
- 20–30% restocking fee may apply.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection.
